AGILE METHODOLOGY

At Sodexis, we follow an agile methodology with a cycle varying between four and six weeks to develop ERP and CRM customized solutions to fit your company’s processes. We find this approach although particularly well suited for changes to the code, to be in fact adequate for all steps of implementation.
At the beginning of each cycle, we select projects in collaboration with your project manager.
 During the cycle, we follow a strict development process for each project: from writing specs to different levels of QA once the changes to the configuration or to the code are done. About a week before the end of the cycle, the finished projects are made available to your team to do a final QA. At the end of the cycle, the approved projects are put in production.

Using the AGILE methodology has several advantages: 

  • We can react very quickly to new business requirements.
  • The time elapsed between developing the specs and delivering the project is reduced, and so any misunderstanding or misinterpretation in the specs can be caught quickly.
  • It is easier for your project manager to monitor our progress.

Chief Executive Officer/Owner

Stephan Keller has been the CEO of Sodexis since he started the company in 2006, he holds a Ph.D. in Physics and has about 10 years of research in academics and over 20 years of business experience. Through his academic and business careers, he has accumulated a well of experience analyzing processes, writing, managing, and providing support for different types of software applications. One of his strengths is his ability to bridge the gap between the business world and the IT world.

Technical Team Lead

Elangovan has a master’s degree in Technology. His experience, before he joined Sodexis in September 2010, included 7 full cycles of ERP implementations. His domain of expertise includes evaluating customer requirements and mapping them to the ERP system.

SUGANTHI

Director of Development

Suganthi has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Technology. She joined Sodexis in February 2010 and brings a wealth of knowledge related to Odoo to our team.

Our BAs are pleased to offer support services both in the United States and Europe. In addition to our headquarters located in Florida, we have been assisting clients in Europe since 2019. As of 2022, we have established a presence in Switzerland and France, with native speakers available on-site.
